Ms. Relyea has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner for 4 years and has been with New Century Medical Associates approximately 4 years. Prior to joining New Century Medical Associates, Ms. Relyea was Program Director for Saint Francis Hospital and Health Care Centers Diabetes Directions program treating diabetic patients through self- management and education programs.
Ms. Relyea received her BSN and MSN from the State University of New York at New Paltz, New York. After that she went on to receive her Post-Master Certificate as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Russell Sage College, Troy, New York.
Her interests include: diabetic care and urgent care. Her hobbies include: hiking, bike riding and exercising.
